My favorite banking stories.
This can’t be narrowed down to two to three instances. Every customer and business is different with different ways for the bank to make a difference. The goal should be to find the way to make the difference. When you are able to do that, you have your next favorite banking story.
Why is it important to have local lenders who can make local decision making?
I think it is very important for the customers to know that the people making the decisions are in the building. They are the same people the customer might see at church, at the fair, or at the ballgame. We are not the faceless name in “the big city” that says yes or no without ever really knowing the customer.
What matters to you?
Simple answer: my customers. My goal is to be there with my customer through their victories and their defeats. I want my customers to believe that I am someone that will always “go to bat” for them.
